Q: Can I view or update my particulars?
Sure, under My Account, you can change your passwords, update your email address, and participate in the profiling to earn more BEEpoints.
Q: How do I register as member?
Just a few simple steps, click onto Register > fill up the form > verify your account > start your samples spree.
Q: Is there a registration fee upon sign up?
There is no registration fee involved.
Q: Can I upgrade to premium member?
You definitely can! Top up a yearly rate of $18 and you can be a premium member. It’s that simple.
Q: What are the benefits of becoming Premium Membership?
- Premium members will have the priviledge to redeem premium label samples.
- Premium members who refer their friends to become premium member will be rewarded with $8 cash incentives for every 1 successful referral; whereas regular members will only get 10 BEEpoints for every successful referral.
- Premium Members will enjoy 50 Beepoints credited monthly under their account name, email us at admin@sgfreebee.com to redeem all additional products using the monthly free points.
- The credits drawn out is in the multiples of $50 (example: $50, $100, $150 onwards)
Q: Do I get points when I sign up & how much do 1 sample cost?
You have 50 BEEPoints credited to your account. 10 BEEpoints per sample.
Q: If I have a coupon code, how long is the validity?
Coupon collected from various promotion areas are valid for a month. (*From the start of the event.)
Q: Can I create multiple accounts under same address details to use the coupon code?
No, promotional period only 1 free redemption per household.
Q: Can I purchase ready credits online?
You can purchase advance cash top up at $10, $20 & $30 respectively. This credits can be use to ease off procedure of going through paypal multiple times.
Q: Do I have to pay for postage?
- Free membership: There'll be a shipping and handling fees charge to your debit/credit cards/paypal.
- Premium membership: Your delivery cost will be deducted straight from your SG Freebee credit account.
Q: How long is the delivery period?
Singpost: 3 – 5 working days. (Not inclusive of Friday to Sunday and public holidays), Do call us at (+65) 6356 6218 or email us at admin@sgfreebee.com if you do not receive your parcel after the 7th day.
Q: What if my parcel is lost?
SG FreeBee will not be held responsible for lost parcels / damaged mailed-out items. However, we'll do our best to serve you, contact us if you need any further assistance regarding mailed out items.

You can browse all the product categories from the "Samples"page. Click on the category menu, then you may select all the brands which are available under that selected category.
Q: How many samples can I redeem at once?
As many as you can, depends on the number of BEEpoints you have in your SG Freebee account.

Q: How do I refer my friends?
You may refer your friends by logging in our website and send invitation through our main page. For your convenient, we have integrated contact import (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail) so you can import all your contacts' emails and invite them all at once.

The BEEPoints are used like a currency to redeem samples.

Q: How can I cancel my order before I made payment?
Yes, simply go to My Cart, and delete the items, BEEpoints will be credited back to your account.
Q: Can I cancel my order after payment is made?
Nope, I am afraid you can’t. However, do enjoy the product you redeemed. We are very sure they will still be useful.

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. However, when we do, you would be the first to know!

Order will be secured for max 24 Hours, payment must be made within the timeframe, if not order will be void.
